Awaken to Embodied Living

A weekend to turn inward, nourish your heart and spirit, shine your bright, beautiful light and move into the remainder of the year with intention, hope, and trust.

The Summer Solstice encourages us to pause, reconnect with our body, heart, mind, and spirit, turn toward the light within and around us, and grow into the coming months with trust and confidence in ourselves, our path, and our universal connection.

Awaken to Embodied Living offers you time and space for this sacred pause, intentional inward connection and self nourishment, guiding you home to yourself, your truth, and intuition.

 If you’d like to get out of your head and into your body, feel awake and alive, and be inspired by yogic philosophy and the amazingness that lives with you, join me for this two half-day immersion at Rooted Heart. You’ll also learn every day tools to return to your body as you move through the highs and lows of life.

This immersion includes:

  • Embodiment practices informed by the wisdom of yoga

  • High-level yoga philosophy that guides modern embodiment understanding

  • Summer solstice-inspired meditation, movement, and breathwork

  • Embodied gentle and yin yoga

  • Practical embodiment tools to integrate into your daily life, including movement practices, yoga sequences, guided meditations, mindfulness techniques, and breathwork practices

  • Companion journal and reflection prompts

  • Community reflection & connection
