I'm a Denver-based yoga teacher and the founder of Embodied Spirit. I started practicing yoga in 2006 and found in the practice something far greater than physical movement — a path home to myself.
That experience is the heart of everything I teach. My classes are welcoming, intentional, and adaptable to any body and any level. Whether your residents are brand new to the mat or have been practicing for years, they'll find a genuine, nourishing space to connect with body, mind, and breath.
