Whether you're deepening your own practice during pregnancy or preparing to teach prenatal yoga, this training gives you the knowledge, tools, and embodied experience to do it well.

This training takes place over six sessions between June 28 and July 25. In-person sessions are held at Sakala Community; two sessions are on Zoom.

This is a Yoga Alliance accredited continuing education course. To receive your 25-hour Prenatal Yoga certificate, you'll complete:
All 6 training sessions (20 hours)
3 prenatal yoga classes as a student (3 hours — online options available)
2 prenatal yoga classes as a teacher (2 hours)
Reflection questions from your prenatal classes
Round robin teaching practicum
A final class lesson plan submitted for review
