Kick off your teen’s summer with the gift of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
Every Wednesday in June, I’ll be hosting a youth yoga series at Gray Yoga where teens will:
Learn the foundations of yoga
Explore their energy and the chakra system
Discover the power of turning inward
Build tools to navigate stress and daily life with more confidence and ease
This yoga journey will be full of self-discovery, gentle movement, and uplifting community vibes.
Classes will be on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00pm starting June 4th. Students ages 13-18 are welcome.
