Temple of the Goddess Retreat: Bali

Reclaim Your Rhythm in Paradise

I’m so excited to share this with you.

As part of my 300-hour yoga teacher training, I’ll be co-leading a retreat this November in Bali alongside Cat Wetenkamp and a group of incredible 500-hour teachers.

This retreat is designed to help you step away from daily life and reconnect with yourself through:

🧘‍♀️ Daily yoga and meditation
🌴 Time in nature
🙏🏼 Meaningful connection
🌅Rest, reflection, and renewal

It’s going to be an incredibly supportive and powerful week, and I would love to share this experience with you. If you’ve been feeling the call to travel, reset, and deepen your practice, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Picture this...

You wake slowly as the first light of morning pours through the open air of your villa. The sounds of Bali greet you before anything else... distant waves rolling into the cliffs, birds singing in the palms, the gentle hum of a place that feels both ancient and alive.

You step outside barefoot. The air is warm. Fragrant with the scent of plumerias. Soft ocean breeze moving through the trees.

This is the rhythm of our retreat week in Bali.

Our mornings begin in practice: moving, breathing, and awakening the body as the island wakes around us.

After practice, we gather for beautiful, nourishing meals prepared with fresh local ingredients. Long conversations. Laughter. The kind of connection that only happens when people step outside their daily routines and into something meaningful together.

Some days we stay close, soaking in the magic of our retreat sanctuary, lounging by the pool. Enjoying hot/cold therapy with the on-site sauna and cold plunge. Journaling. Workshops and rituals led by our amazing team of yoga teachers. Receiving a massage. Wandering the grounds.

Other days, we explore.

We’ll visit some of Bali’s most iconic landscapes and sacred spaces: places that feel almost otherworldly in their beauty. Sacred temples. Hidden beaches. Lush jungle paths. Local markets filled with color and life.

Location

Perched high on the Bukit Peninsula in Uluwatu, our retreat center — Salty Prana — offers a serene, secluded escape with sweeping views of the turquoise ocean and Nusa Penida beyond. From sunrise to sunset, both shalas open onto uninterrupted panoramas of the sea, inviting you to move, meditate, and breathe in Bali’s natural beauty.

Infused with the island’s vibrant energy, the retreat space creates the perfect backdrop for a tropical getaway, offering an authentic Balinese experience that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
